Find Your Required Article Loading Restrict Certain Users From Running An Application

You can selectively restrict access to few apps and file names. 

• To do this, open registry  
• Navigate to: 
  KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer 
• Now look for a subkey by the name DisallowRun. 
• Within this key, add many string keys you
  like each mapped to an application or file that you want to be restricted.

NOTE :- Take the backup of your registry (by one of these Software's) before doing any tweak.
